Blues Point Apartment
Client Brief
The client, a sophisticated and well-travelled couple with strong ties to the creative industries, requires the design of a luxury two-level apartment that reflects their lifestyle of entertaining, relaxation, and artful living. The apartment must remain within the constraints of the provided, challenging floorplan, while delivering an innovative design solution and a materially rich environment that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and apartment living.

Design Concept
The design celebrates layered, contemporary living through a rich mix of craft, materiality, and atmosphere. A sculptural spiral stair anchors the light-filled space, while natural and expressive materials—timber, stone, marble, metal, and art—create a tactile, vibrant interior. Balancing openness with intimacy, the layout flows between social and restorative zones, reflecting the clients’ creative spirit and refined, grounded lifestyle.
